Sales Advisor – Car Finance

£25,000 Basic + OTE £40K PLUS enhanced commission whilst your training AND unbeatable benefits!

We’re looking for ambitious Sales Advisors to join our small dynamic team in Dundee. If you’re driven, love speaking to people, and want to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team with big career opportunities, this is for you.
What you will be doing
· Working with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling!
· Speaking with customers via phone, email, and live chat
· Advising customers on tailored car finance options
· Managing each customer’s journey from enquiry to approval
· Coordinating with dealers and internal teams to finalise deals
· Logging updates accurately in our CRM system
· Verifying documents such as ID and bank details
· Providing outstanding customer service – always

You’ll receive comprehensive, hands-on training from the moment you start, giving you everything you need to succeed in the role. From FCA regulations and finance products to objection handling and high-conversion sales techniques, you’ll gain all the knowledge and skills to excel. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, you’ll be supported and guided every step of the way.
What you will need
· Sales or customer service experience (especially phone-based)
· Previous contact centre experience is a bonus – but we’re not a typical call centre
· A confident, clear communicator who builds rapport easily
· Able to follow a structured sales process and hit KPIs
· Motivated, goal-driven, and full of energy
· Detail-oriented, organised, and good at handling objections
· Knowledge of car finance or motor sales? Even better!

Example shift pattern
week 1: 9-6 Monday to Friday
Week 2: 10-7 weekday shifts, 2 days weekdays off in the week, 9-6 Saturday, 10:30 – 5:30 Sunday
Joining Bonus – £250 joining bonus for start dates in December only
