Job description – Sales & Business Development Coordinator
In this Sales & Business Development Coordinator role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of commercial activity, including sales, partnerships, and operations.
You will work closely with the commercial team, supporting the identification of new opportunities and helping to drive business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join at an early stage and contribute to scaling a globally recognised brand within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key responsibilities – Sales & Business Development Coordinator
In this Sales & Business Development Coordinator role, your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the development and execution of sales strategies across retail, rental, and direct channels
Managing inbound enquiries and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
Assisting in identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships
Maintaining and updating CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and customer interactions
Supporting relationship management with customers and partners, including coordinating follow-ups and communications
Coordinating vehicle logistics and global shipments, including organising international movement of vehicles and containers
Driving process improvements and supporting automation within logistics operations
Analysing sales and market data to provide insights and support commercial decision-making
Assisting in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports
Representing the business at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads
Job requirements – Sales & Business Development Coordinator
Degree or degree apprenticeship in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing, or relevant internships
Commercially minded with a proactive and organised approach
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly
Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Interest in sustainability and the electric vehicle industry is advantageous
Additional languages (French, Spanish, or Italian) are a bonus
