About the role

As a Sales Delivery Executive, you’ll be the engine room of the sales function: keeping the booking process seamless, ensuring clients are billed correctly, and making sure campaigns go live exactly as promised. You’ll thrive managing multiple priorities and feel a real sense of ownership over the accuracy and quality of your work.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing and managing bookings — Using Salesforce CRM to log completed sales and amend live campaigns as needed, keeping everything accurate and up to date.

• Tracking weekly sales revenue — Collating and reporting on financial performance so the team always has a clear picture of where things stand.

• Managing campaign quality — Identifying and coordinating the removal or replacement of any faulty sites within live client campaigns, keeping everything running as it should.

• Checking campaigns and preparing site lists — Verifying that what’s been booked matches what’s been delivered, and collating upsite lists to share with clients.

• Reviewing invoices and resolving queries — Analysing financial reports to make sure clients are billed accurately, and handling any queries that come in.

Knowledge and skills

We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of attention to detail, people skills and a positive, problem-solving mindset. You don’t need to tick every box — if you’re excited about the role and believe you could do it well, we’d love to hear from you.

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· Comfortable working with data and taking an analytical approach

· Clear and confident communicator

· Client-focused attitude with good relationship-building skills

· Flexible, accurate and efficient in a fast-moving environment

· A team player who is eager to learn and develop

· Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll give you the training you need to hit the ground running.
