Sales & Design Executive
Location: Mansfield
Salary: £24,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000–£50,000)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are recruiting an experienced Sales & Design Executive to join a successful office-based team in Mansfield. This role focuses on converting pre-booked online appointments, using in-house design software to guide customers through tailored solutions in real time.
We are looking for confident, articulate sales professional with a strong track record in direct sales and the ability to work effectively within a structured process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Deliver high-quality virtual consultations using video call platforms
– Produce bespoke designs using our software (training provided)
– Understand client needs, present solutions, and manage objections
– Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
– Work towards defined sales targets within a fast-paced environment
