We are headquartered in London, UK, but are also present in several European countries as well as the United States where we service our partners, including eBay, Amazon, Just Eat, Shopify, and Stripe.

The Role

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our sales department. As one of the fastest-growing Fintech businesses globally, we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individuals who are eager to build a career within the company.

This is an exciting role where you will speak with a range of different customers about their current agreement or most recent application with YouLend. Your main task will be to build rapport, understand their business, and offer them the opportunity to apply for additional funding. You will also re-engage with customers who previously submitted an application for more funding but chose not to proceed.
Requirements

Responsibilities:

Contacting existing customers and offering the opportunity to apply for additional funding.

Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their application.
Work with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.

Placing around 100 phone calls per day and spending 2-3 hours on the with established contacts in our network.

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

Target orientated with a strong desire to work in sales.

Motivated to hit KPIs and speak to multiple business owners throughout the day.

Excellent communication skills.

Not afraid of a challenge, rather, you are looking for one!

Salary: £29,000 + £8,000 OTE Bonus
