Sales Development Representative – Future Leaders Programme
Aberdeen – £28,000–£30,000 basic (Dependent on experience) + Uncapped Bonus

Competitive Salary: £278000–£30,000 basic salary with uncapped bonus potential (six-figure earnings achievable long-term)

Your Role Will Involve:

Identifying and developing new business opportunities, taking full ownership of your pipeline

Building and managing long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Visiting clients and gaining a deep understanding of their commercial needs

Negotiating and closing deals, taking accountability for outcomes

Managing and growing your own client portfolio within a high-performance environment

Contributing ideas, insights, and improvements to the wider team and business

What We’re Looking For:

A graduate (any discipline) or equivalent experience we value potential and mindset over background

A highly driven, competitive individual with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Evidence of leadership potential, this could be through academics, sport, work, or other experiences

A proactive self-starter who looks for ways to improve, influence, and add value

Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly

A growth mindset, with the ambition to progress into leadership roles over time

A valid UK driving licence is advantageous
