Sales Engineer – After Sales

My client, a manufacturing/engineering company based near Stourport-on-Severn is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer – After Sales on a Permanent basis.

You will be a key member of the sales team, building relationships with existing and new customers, producing quotes in a professional and efficient manner

The main responsibilities associated with this role includes

– Process customer orders
– Deal with enquires over the phone, email and sometimes in person (client visits)
– Produce quotes in a timely manner and follow up appropriately
– Provide product information to clients in a clear and professional manner
– keep customer updated on order status
– Maintain accurate records at all times
– Explore new business opportunities

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

– previous experience in a similar role ideally within Manufacturing
– Good knowledge of AutoCAD, 2D and 3D
– Good IT skills
– Excellent communication skills with an ability to get on people at all levels of business
– Good numerical skills
– Strong negotiating skills with an ability to overcome objections

The salary for this role is up to £36,000
Rate of Pay

£33,000.00 – £36,000.00 per year
