Sales Executive – Aldershot
£18,000 – £26,000 per annum DOE
Commission: Uncapped (realistic OTE £5,000–£7,500+ once established)
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and creative media sales environment, working with innovative advertising solutions across a diverse range of sectors. You’ll be responsible for generating revenue by connecting local businesses with impactful advertising opportunities across a growing digital network.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of new business development and relationship management, with the chance to build a strong client portfolio while developing commercially valuable skills.
You’ll be supported with structured training, ongoing mentoring, and clear progression opportunities, making it a great step for someone looking to build or accelerate a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
Identify and win new business opportunities within the local market
Manage and grow existing client relationships
Promote a range of advertising solutions and maximise revenue opportunities
Conduct outbound calls and generate high-quality client meetings
Build strong relationships with business owners and marketing decision-makers
Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline effectively
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
Represent the business professionally at all times
Experience and Skills Requirements:
High energy, driven, and target-focused mindset
Confident communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face
Strong interest in media, marketing, or advertising
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning business
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Natural relationship-builder with a consultative sales style
Ability to balance new business development with account management
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
