Our successful client is a family run company with over 55 years experience in the luxury holiday home market. With eight parks across the North Wales coastline, Cheshire and North Yorkshire the company enjoys a large market share in a very competitive market.

They are now recruiting for an experienced Sales Executive based at a beautiful award-winning park in Skipton. This site enjoys a 5 star rating, from Visit England.

The Role:
You will be responsible for the sales of luxury holiday homes. This involves meeting new customers, building rapport, demonstrating the products and explaining the benefits of buying a holiday home. You will have the ability to follow-up leads over the telephone with the view to making appointments to visit the park, as well as following up leads from our database. You will also be actively involved in local marketing which will in turn generate leads for you to follow up. Prospecting current customers with the view to upgrade sales, is also part of the role.

Key Skills:
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of sales, and have the ability to build long-term relationships within a sales environment. The successful candidate must have good closing skills in order to attain the excellent earnings available. The role will be exciting, varied, fun and rewarding. You must be able to demonstrate in your attitude a number of key traits including, drive, ambition, determination, flexibility and an outgoing personality, you will be self-motivated and have the ability to work under your own initiative, as well as possessing excellent organisational and inter-personal capabilities.
Experience within holiday homes is a distinct advantage, however full and on-going training will be provided on this.

This is a newly created role that would suit a creative and forward-thinking candidate looking to build a high earning career within a unique environment. You will be confident in working towards sales targets.

Our client is offering a competitive basic salary of GBP18,500, with an open-ended commission structure. An expected OTE would be in the region of GBP45,000.
