What’s on offer?

A competitive basic salary of £25,000, plus the chance to earn significant commission, with realistic earnings well above our on-target level of £48,000.
True work-life balance: a 40-hour week across five 8-hour shifts, Saturdays included (our busiest day), with a guaranteed day off during the week.
No Sunday working – every week, without fail, giving you time to relax and recharge.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car-buying journey, from first contact to the final handshake. You’ll receive full training and a comprehensive onboarding programme, ensuring you have everything you need to succeed and maximise your earning potential.

Requirements:

Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work weekends
Full UK driving licence (Manual and Automatic)
