Are you a commercially focused sales professional who enjoys winning new business, developing long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities for sustainable growth?
We’re recruiting on behalf of an established, privately owned business seeking an experienced sales professional to strengthen its commercial team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of customer relationships, develop new revenue streams and play an active role in the company’s ongoing growth.
You’ll be responsible for expanding the customer base, strengthening existing relationships and identifying opportunities to increase business across a varied portfolio of services.
Combining proactive business development with account management, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their objectives, identify potential opportunities and develop commercially effective solutions.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven track record in B2B sales, business development or account management.
Confidence in prospecting, presenting proposals and negotiating commercial agreements.
A proactive approach, with the drive to achieve targets and take ownership of results.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of customers.
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively.
Commercial awareness, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.
Confidence using CRM systems and maintaining an accurate sales pipeline.
A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel for customer meetings.
