In this Sales Executive job, you will be joining one of the fastest-growing fintech firms in the UK, which is looking to double in size in the next three years. Widely known for their bespoke service and financial expertise, the company currently manages £1 billion worth of assets annually. They are growing by 30 – 40% in revenue each year, and are constantly evolving within an industry at the forefront of innovation.
Key responsibilities – Sales Executive
You will be one of the first SDRs in this new division of the firm – you will help define what “good” looks like, from activity metrics to qualification standards.
Researching, identifying and qualifying prospective clients to build a high-quality outbound pipeline.
Owning outbound activity across cold calling, email and LinkedIn
Booking in qualified meetings, and attending said meetings with senior sales team
Engaging with senior decision-makers (including founders, CFOs and commercial leaders) at growing businesses.
Feeding market insights back into the business to help shape product, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
Job requirements – Sales Executive
12-24 months’ experience in an SDR / BDR / outbound sales role, ideally within fintech, SaaS or B2B services.
Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication skills.
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Solid organisational and time management skills.
Excellent people skills.
A professional manner and great commercial awareness.

A £35,000 – £40,000 base salary, and OTE of £50,000 +
