As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and assist the Head of Sales in achieving our wholesale objectives.

Responsibilities

Sales Support

Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales to implement and execute sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting Mallows Beauty products to wholesale customers.
Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service.
Engage with potential customers in a personable and informative manner to showcase Mallows Beauty products.
Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Participate in sales meetings, providing input and feedback to contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings and pitches.

Account Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay client feedback and requirements.

Order Management

Coordinate order processing and fulfilment in collaboration with the operations and logistics teams.
Ensure accurate and timely order entry, tracking, and delivery to meet customer expectations.

Administrative Support

Manage and organise sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support to the Head of Sales.

Reporting

Generate regular sales reports and updates for management, outlining achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Utilise CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Market Intelligence

Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to identify sales opportunities, contribute to product development and assist marketing strategies.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential areas for improvement

Requirements

Proven experience in sales/wholesale, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Knowledge of beauty products and industry trends.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
Proficient in GSuite, Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments.

Role reports to: Head of Sales
