This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and driven Sales Executive to join a supportive and close-knit team, working in a fast-paced sales office environment alongside technical specialists.
If you enjoy building relationships, managing accounts, and driving new business, this Internal Account Manager role offers real variety and long-term development.
The Role
As an Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting and growing the customer base by:
Handling incoming sales enquiries and understanding customer requirements
Making outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
Producing accurate quotations and following through to conversion
Processing orders and payments efficiently
Maintaining and updating the CRM system
Building and developing strong, long-term relationships with trade customers
Working closely with both the sales and technical teams
About You
To be successful in this Sales Executive role, you will:
Have previous experience in a sales, account management or customer-focused role
Be confident on the phone with a strong, professional manner
Be organised, proactive and able to manage your own workload
Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Be detail-focused with the ability to retain and apply information
Be a team player with a flexible approach
Hold a full UK driving licence (essential due to location)
