Sales & Marketing Executive

£30,000 – £35,000 plus Bonuses
Our client, a national packaging business is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join their small but dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is confident managing both marketing activity and internal sales tasks.
You will play an important part in helping the business continue its growth by supporting customers, strengthening marketing output, and enhancing the overall online presence.
The Role
Sales and Account Support
Handle incoming sales calls and customer emails, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and support the sales office with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Follow up on leads
Build strong relationships with existing customers and provide a high level of service.
Assist the Sales Manager with product updates, pricing reviews, and customer communications.
Marketing Duties
Oversee day-to-day updates of the company website including product uploads, pricing updates, promotions, and product videos.
Manage social media activity and respond to online enquiries from customers and the general public.
Support the creation of digital and printed marketing materials in partnership with an external design agency.
Produce content for promotional campaigns, circulars, and email marketing.
Update pricing information using Excel and assist the sales team with product information.
What You Need
Experience in marketing, internal sales, or account management.
Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers.
Good working knowledge of social media and website content updates.
Ability to use Excel comfortably. Sage experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Able to work both independently and as part of a small team.
The Package
Salary between £30,000 and £35,000 depending on experience.
Uncapped team bonus linked to business performance.
Hybrid working.
