My client has an incredibly strong presence across West & Central London, known as an established firm, offering excellent progression, training, and superb earning potential.
With an established multi-layered sales team in place you’d plug in instantly and be expected to start driving in business within the first couple of months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning
Registering and qualifying new buyers and sellers
Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
Managing a strong pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion
Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM systems
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.
Key Skills & Experience
3-4 years minimum sales experience within property sales, proven track record of billing well.
