Suncream Dairies is looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help grow our presence across the UK foodservice sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and developing new business within hospitality.

You’ll take ownership of your region, working with restaurants, cafés, ice cream parlours, garden centres and other hospitality venues to introduce them to our award-winning range of Italian-style ice cream.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the foodservice sector
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of hospitality prospects
  • Develop long-term partnerships with chefs, caterers and operators
  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities and sales activity

You will also attend regular sales meeting at our Tamworth office to review performance and share progress.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality preferred)
  • A strong hospitality network is beneficial, but a proactive “door-knocking” mindset is essential
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own territory
  • Target-driven with a resilient and proactive approach
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong organisation and reporting skills
