What You’ll Do:
Client Engagement: Help clients fill temporary positions with our dedicated agency workers.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with our temporary workforce for quick and efficient bookings.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Candidate team to allocate the right resources.
Learn and Grow: Deep dive into social care services and the recruitment industry.

Can plan and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Enjoys persuading and motivating others.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Is reflective and committed to continuous improvement.
Maintains high ethical standards.
Can adapt and solve problems on the fly.
Is comfortable with Office 365, Salesforce, and other digital tools.
Process-oriented and able to follow established procedures.
Excellent in text, phone, and verbal communication.
Familiar with sales or recruitment environments (desirable but not essential).
Driven by targets and goals.
Dealbreakers:
Be ready to start within 6 to 8 weeks.
Hold a permanent full-time right to work in the UK.
Possess a valid driving license and access to own car.
Located within a 30-minute commute of our Tadcaster office.
