We were founded in 2021 by brothers Will and Chris Donnelly, and today we work with more than 4,000 vetted providers across the UK. Will and Chris knew they wanted to give the company a human name, to emulate the compassionate people behind the mission and the personal nature of the service - helping families find the right care for their loved ones. Charlotte is a family name, with many Charlottes across generations of the Donnelly family, so they quickly landed on ‘Lottie’.
