They are now looking for an experienced Account Manager to join them to manage their portfolio of clients.

The role will be based in their new offices in Leeds city centre and you will be responsible for managing the relationship with over 100 financial services accounts. Duties and responsibilities will include:

·Keeping in regular contact with clients
·Building relationships
·Upselling and cross selling of services
·Dealing with any complaints or client issues
·Producing management information and reports
·Monitoring the profitability of accounts
·Attending client meetings
·Keeping databases up to date
·Logging information
·Providing costing information to clients for services provided

You will be an experienced account manager who is passionate about building and maintaining relationships. Ideally you will have a background in financial services, but any industry maybe considered depending on experience. You must be happy to keep in regular telephone contact with your accounts and have previous experience of selling into existing accounts.
Salary £30,000 – £35,000 base with OTE of £40,000
22 days holiday plus stats
Hours 9 – 5.30 Monday to Friday
