About Synaptic Potential
Synaptic Potential is a neuroscience-informed organisational performance consultancy. We help organisations identify and remove the structural conditions that quietly suppress how their people think, decide, and perform — what we call Friction Architecture™.
Founded 20 years ago by Amy Brann, our work has reached over 500,000 people across 210 countries. We’ve worked with EY, KPMG, PwC, the NHS, the Ministry of Defence, and many more. In 2025, Amy published in the Harvard Business Review.
We’re now at one of the most important moments in our history: transitioning from a founder-led consultancy into a scalable IP and product business. We have the methodology, the expertise, and a growing product suite. What we need now are exceptional people who want to help us build the next phase of growth.
We’re a small, ambitious, remote-first team. That means you’ll see far more of how a business operates than you would in a typical graduate scheme or entry-level marketing role. You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers, gain exposure to marketing, sales, operations and strategy, and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to stay in a narrow lane. It’s for someone who is smart, driven, curious, and excited by the opportunity to learn quickly, contribute broadly, and perform at a high level.
If you’re looking for a Founder Associate / Graduate / Early-Career Marketing Executive type role in Warwickshire or the UK that offers genuine responsibility, steep learning, and the chance to help build a growing business, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
This Early-Career Marketing & Growth Executive role sits at the centre of Synaptic Potential’s growth plans.
You’ll work directly with Amy Brann (CEO) and our Chief of Marketing, supporting the marketing, commercial, and operational activities that help the business grow.
As a small team, we don’t believe in putting people into narrow boxes. You’ll gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales coordination, client delivery, systems, and business operations, developing a much broader commercial skillset than most traditional graduate marketing roles provide.
In your first few months, you’ll learn the business inside out. You’ll support outreach campaigns, manage systems and processes, coordinate projects, improve operational efficiency, and help ensure opportunities move smoothly through the sales pipeline. As your capability grows, so will your responsibility.
This role would suit a graduate or early-career professional interested in marketing, business growth, organisational psychology, behavioural science, operations, or commercial strategy.
Success in this role looks like a business that runs more effectively because of you. Better systems. Smoother delivery. Stronger marketing execution. More time for senior leaders to focus on growth and strategic priorities because you’ve taken ownership of key activities and made them happen.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not recruiting for a specific degree or previous job title. We’re recruiting for a specific type of person.
You’ll likely be someone who enjoys learning, takes pride in doing things well, and is motivated by high standards and continuous improvement.
Essential
Intelligent, curious, and quick to learn
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
High levels of personal ownership and accountability
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
Proactive problem-solver who looks for solutions rather than waiting for instructions
Keen interest in marketing, business growth, organisational performance, or commercial strategy
Ambitious and motivated to develop quickly in a high-performance environment
Particularly Relevant Backgrounds
We welcome applications from graduates and early-career professionals from a wide range of disciplines. Relevant degree subjects may include:
Marketing
Business Management
Psychology
Behavioural Science
Organisational Behaviour
Communications
Entrepreneurship
Related social science or business disciplines
Desirable
Experience using CRM platforms such as ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Salesforce
Familiarity with AI tools for productivity, research, or content creation
Experience running projects, organising events, or coordinating multiple stakeholders
Exposure to a startup, consultancy, agency, or founder-led business
Interest in neuroscience, behavioural science, leadership, or organisational performance
Why This Role Is Different
Most graduate marketing jobs focus on a single area of marketing.
This role gives you exposure to how an entire business grows.
You’ll learn how marketing generates demand, how opportunities move through a sales pipeline, how client relationships are managed, how commercial decisions are made, and how systems enable a business to scale.
You’ll work directly with senior leaders, receive far more responsibility than a typical graduate role, and develop skills that will accelerate your career regardless of whether you ultimately specialise in marketing, growth, operations, strategy, or entrepreneurship.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. If you require any adjustments during the application or interview process, please let us know.
💰 Job Benefits
Casual work attire
Clear progression plan
Paid training opportunities
