We have a superb Account Management opportunity working for a rapidly growing business. Our client has experienced significant growth in recent months and as such are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinking account manager to grow and develop existing and new accounts.
You will be a performance driven, highly customer focused individual with the ability to build and maintain a defined customer base, delivering the highest levels of service at all times whist achieving monthly sales targets. Ideally you will also have a genuine interest in Automotive.
Your duties will include
- Account Planning – taking a strategic view of each account and setting goals to maximise output
- Account Management – daily contact with corporate SME accounts – providing a first-class service
- Review Meeting – offsite meetings and regular video meetings, proving customer with detailed reports and a full review of their account
- Analysing Data – looking into the data of each customer, working to meet the SLA’s of each account and meeting strict KPI’s
- Management – overseeing a small team, supervising and coaching them on a daily basis, reviewing their input and delegating workload -conducting one to one’s
- Strategic Thinker – ability to think outside the box, be persuasive and confident in your approach to raising and suggesting improved ways of working, bringing ideas forward
To be considered for this role you will have the following
- A proven and solid background in Account Management – ideally managing Corporate SME accounts
- Results Driven – proven experience in growing and retaining existing account – backed up with achievements
- Driving Licence – you will be provided with a company vehicle – free from excess penalties
