About this Role

Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager or aspiring Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity? Join Dawsongroup and help us continue our 50-year legacy in asset rentals, supporting customers nationwide with innovative and sustainable transport solutions. You’ll drive new business growth while nurturing existing relationships to achieve strong, profitable results.

Deliver quarterly and annual sales targets within your region
Identify and develop local and national strategic accounts
Convert new business opportunities through proactive field sales and relationship building
Represent Dawsongroup Bus and Coach as the go-to expert in your area
Ensure exceptional service standards and compliance across all business activity

About You

You’re a motivated and customer-focused salesperson who thrives on building relationships and seeing tangible results. You’ll bring credibility, ambition, and a collaborative spirit to every conversation.

Proven field sales experience, ideally within B2B or automotive sectors
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a solutions-driven mindset
Confident managing your own territory and pipeline effectively
Full UK driving licence required
Positive, approachable, and able to lead by example with integrity
