Area Sales Manager required to cover the Cumbria/Preston territory for a successful and well established agricultural company in a period of expansion. They offer an opportunity for long term stability and fantastic earning potential within a good team environment where they are renowned for their staff retention.

The role would suit self-motivated, target driven individuals from ANY sales background. Applicants with experience working within the agricultural/farming/capital equipment sectors will have a considerable advantage.

The role will be based from home, covering Cumbria and the surrounding areas (predominantly North of England). The role will be a mixture of account management and new business development, which can involve cold calling. You will be responsible for generating your own leads/appointments and be targeted on sales and customer satisfaction. You will predominantly target the farming industry, applicants with previous contacts in this industry are encouraged to apply. This is a new role due to high demand within the area. You will be targeted on a realistic figure of £2million turnover within your area.
