About this Role
Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager or an aspiring sales professional ready for a bigger patch? This Area Sales Manager role within Dawsongroup Truck and Trailer is all about growing relationships, placing assets smartly, and helping customers move away from ownership towards flexible rental solutions.

You will be responsible for developing new business across your area while working closely with branch teams to maximise fleet utilisation and long-term value.

Win new customers through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Grow asset rental across contract hire, term rental, transient rental, and finance solutions.
Build a strong, sustainable pipeline that supports revenue and utilisation targets.
Work collaboratively with Contract Hire Managers and branch leadership.
Represent Dawsongroup locally at customer meetings and industry events.

About You

Comfortable building relationships and opening conversations with new customers.
Motivated by long-term partnerships rather than quick wins.
Organised and confident managing multiple opportunities at once.
Open to learning new products, systems, and ways of working.
Experience in asset rental, transport, logistics, or field sales is useful but not essential.
