As an Assistant Manager, you will use your leadership skills to inspire your colleagues to create unforgettable journeys for our clients. With your passion for travel, you will provide invaluable support to the Branch Manager and foster a dynamic and travel-centric atmosphere.
What You’ll Do:
Channel your love for travel into coaching our talented sales team and inspiring them to craft remarkable travel itineraries.
Share your extensive travel knowledge and insider tips with our clients, creating unique and awe-inspiring adventures for them.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to drive sales, meet targets, and contribute to the overall success of the branch
Create a positive and motivational environment that encourages personal and professional growth for you and your team.
Who We’re Looking For:
Previous retail travel experience is essential – let your travel expertise shine!
A genuine passion for travel that fuels your own adventures and inspires others to explore the world.
Strong leadership abilities to support the Branch Manager and guide the sales team to success.
Commercially aware, with an eye for detail, opportunity and keeping abreast of competitor activity.
