Job Details
We are seeking a highly organised proactive sales support to work closely with the Sales Director in a faced paced commercial and technical environment. This role is a blend of sales support, bid administration and stake holder management helping to ensure the technical sales function operates efficiently and professionally.
Our client is an engineering company with a ground breaking product.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales presentation, proposals, quotations and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates and sales reports
Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations and technical workshops
Support the preparation of responses to tenders
Act as key point of coordination between customers , partners and internal teams
Prepare regular sales, pipeline and performance reports
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sales support ,commercial coordination or business support role. You will have a strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
