We are looking for nine ambitious and tenacious Business Development Executives, to join a growing team in their office in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. You will be joining a fast-paced company operating in the education sector with the ability to earn up to £50,000 OTE.
The ideal applicant will have previous sales/account management experience, although this is not essential as full training will be provided.

- As Business Development Executive,on a daily basis your time will mainly be spent contacting existing and potential clients, either via telecommunications or visiting the school or academy, informing them of the company’s services and products. You will work as part of a team but also individually to reach targets.
- You will need to offer the highest standard of customer service whilst also ensuring excellent data management and compliance.
- You will also need to manage your time and prioritise to ensure you meet targets and KPI’s.
- The role is both office and field based, and you will be expected to fully learn the product range and have a positive, motivated and enthusiastic approach to selling.
The successful applicant will be:
- You will be a strong communicator and negotiator with a strong work ethic and be highly passionate about being successful.
- You will also need a flexible approach and thrive under pressure.
- Skilled in IT (excel, word, outlook and ideally powerpoint).
