Regional Sales Managers – Exhibition Stands and Display Solutions

WFH Locations: Manchester, Peterborough, Bristol, Cardiff

Job description

£25-£28K + Commission Uncapped

Year One Revenue Target: Between £250,000 and £500,000

Established in 1990, Access Displays is an award-winning agency specializing in the design and supply of exhibition stands and display solutions for live events. Working closely with design and marketing agencies and leading global brands, we are a forward-thinking team of passionate people who share a desire to deliver design led solutions to a World Class Standard.

  • Responsible for generating your own leads and revenue from your specific region
  • Establishing relationships with our extensive regional database of both clients and contacts
  • Responding to quality leads supplied by our marketing team
  • Producing quotations, tenders, and design proposals
  • Briefing our pool of exhibition designers and manufacturers
  • Work alongside our project management and delivery teams
  • Exhibiting at regional exhibitions and business events
  • Promoting yourself and the company at every opportunity
  • Developing your region

Reporting to: Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate

  • Previous Sales Experience of Exhibition Stands both custom and modular
  • Capable of engaging with clients at all levels
  • Well organised with a meticulous attention to detail
  • A good communicator with exceptional relationship skills
  • Keen to develop your own territory and build a future team
  • Ambitious and financially driven

The successful candidate will work with one of the most respected teams in the industry, where teamwork and good communication are essential. As well as a basic salary we operate a generous and uncapped commission package that is linked to the value and profit of successfully delivered projects.

Hybrid working as necessary, to meet the changing workloads throughout the year with time in lieu and 24 days holiday.

You will be provided with a laptop and cloud-based technology to allow you to work remotely.

For the right candidate, we will offer on the job training and support and an opportunity and strategy to develop your region and team over time.

Required skills

Sales Experience within the exhibition and display industry is essential – Strong Administration and Organisational Skill, numerate and financially aware

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 Basic with £45K – £60K OTE

We continue to WFH with occasional office and client visits.
