Basic salary £30k – £35k + Car allowance + coms (Yr 1 OTE £50k – £60k) + Benefits / Incentives
On behalf of a global, progressive and established client, we are seeking to recruit a ‘Business Development Manager’. The ideal candidate will have exposure of selling in to SME’s or to HR heads, Recruitment companies, Financial services etc…
The ideal ‘Business Development Manager’ Candidate will have:
- B2B solution-led sales / Saas experience, in the field or client facing role is essential.
- An experienced ‘Hunter’ as this is 100% New business
- Self-starting, Competitive who has a natural, consultative sales approach
- You will enjoy autonomy and be a true self starter
- You will enjoy a challenge and be able to work independently as well as part of a wider network that offers you support and advice.
What our client offers:
- A great basic salary + car allowance + commission and bonuses, you can easily earn £50k-in your first year, thereafter, earnings are unlimited and it’s anticipated by year you will be achieving £70k
