We are seeking a proven Business Development Manager to support in the sales and marketing of the business.
Working within a team, you will be ambitious, energetic, self-motivated and savvy with an entrepreneurial instinct for spotting opportunities and the tenacity to convert them into meetings & new projects.
The role will consist of a blend of telesales, marketing & event support, client meetings and driving pro-active projects and client pitches.
Within a fast moving and ambitious business, you will be supported but you must have a proven track record and excellent knowledge of the digital marketing arena.
Skills & Qualities
- Working in a digital marketing agency environment
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong telesales experience
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Positive mental attitude
- Tenacity & the ability to work independently
- Commercially minded
- Being able to work under pressure towards a new business target
- Strong reporting skills & organisation of a busy and varied workload within a CRM
- Ability to build effective and long-standing relationships with clients
- A solid understanding of the digital marketplace and key solutions such as web design and development, content management systems, ecommerce, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media and PR
