Market leading engineering and equipment lifting company, has an opportunity within their Marine division for an ambitious Business Development Manager. Their team is expanding due to growth, and seeks someone to assist with their sales of services of technical products.
This heavily regulated environment creates opportunities for increasing a reputable business across both servicing and sales. This targeted business development role is looking to focus on supporting high lifting standards in the Superyacht market, working both locally in the UK market from their south coast office and across Europe and wider opportunities on a global scale should they develop. You will develop sales strategies with marinas, vessel owners and sell testing services to ensure the essential regulations that keep the industry reputable are adhered too.
You will have access to all current B2B clients as well as thinking about the growth of new opportunities and identifying growth strategies for new business development in the SuperYacht industry. An engineering mindset, background in sales and business growth from a regulated industry with core focus on being able to sell technical solutions to clients will see you thrive in this new environment.
£35-40K basic – £60K OTE plus Company car/car allowance.
