A leading parcel service reseller is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to work out of their Portsmouth location.
This company prides itself on providing excellent customer service and getting it “right first time”. They offer a bespoke online multi-carrier platform to SME businesses enabling their customers to gain the discounts usually only offered to large multi-national companies. They offer a complete service from pick up including tracking, delivery and invoicing.
The client are going through huge growth period at the moment having grown by 40% last year and are on target to grow by 45% this year in terms of revenue. Due to this they are looking for another Business Development Manager to drive further growth and keep up the momentum. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who wants to be responsible for their own workload while at the same time having top level support and outstanding services to sell.
You will be a self-starter who thrives on success and closing sales.
You will be responsible for an area covering Hastings to Bournemouth and covering the South Coast. You will have full responsibility for your diary/movements and will be given all tools required to enable you to utilise your natural sales skills. A number of leads will be provided from the internal sales team but you will also source your own leads through client meetings and #thinking outside the box#.
