Internal Sales Executive

Job Details

Working in the Strategic Team for a distributor of electrical components, you will be actively growing and supporting the customer base throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Account management and building customer relationships
• Upselling to maximise sales opportunities
• Generating customer quotations and processing sales orders
• Generating sales reports and data on Excel
• Following up on sales leads

Essential Skills/ Experience:
• Proven experience in a sales/account management role is essential
• Accurate with a good attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and develop customer relationships
• Strong presentation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel
• Confident and persuasive telephone manner
• Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
