We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our energetic Sales & Marketing team – someone who’s ready to shake things up and make big things happen.
About the Role…..
Reporting to our Director of Sales & Marketing, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial success. This isn’t your typical desk job – it’s a predominantly field-based role where you’ll be out meeting clients, generating new business, and building strategic partnerships across the Meetings & Events (M&E), corporate, and leisure segments.
You’ll also be a key player in executing a 360-degree sales, marketing, and PR approach that pushes boundaries and delivers results. In addition to:
Driving new business growth with a laser focus on exceeding KPIs
Actively prospecting and securing corporate and MICE business
Cultivating lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Developing and penetrating strategic accounts to boost revenue
Collaborating closely with the wider commercial team to ensure maximum ROI
Supporting innovative campaigns and initiatives that elevate our market presence
