(Officially titled Business Development Manager. For advertising purposes we are calling it Business Growth Executive because it better reflects the reality of the role – creating opportunities and opening doors rather than closing deals.)

In this role you will be connecting with organisations that match our target profile, building genuine relationships, uncovering needs, and arranging high-quality appointments that help our sales team deliver transformational workplace solutions.

What You Will Do

Speak with pre-identified businesses and decision makers

Build rapport, understand their needs and arrange quality appointments for our sales team

Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities

Collaborate with supportive managers and colleagues to refine your approach

Achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals – your success will be visible and celebrated

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 9 – 5, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Confident, engaging communicator – especially over the phone

Resilient, organised and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude

Experience of working to KPIs in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centre, recruitment etc.)

Curiosity about how businesses work and a desire to learn professional sales skills

No formal sales experience required – we will teach you
