My client is a market leading foodservice company specialising fresh, ambient, chilled, frozen and non-food. The role we are recruiting for is a Business Development Manager to play an integral part to the aggressive growth plans in place. The Business Development Manager will predominantly focus on Harrogate and the surrounding areas.
50% of your role will be prospecting for new business and focussed around new business development and 50% will be maintaining, growing and developing existing accounts
- To achieve targets set by your Line Manager
- To provide excellent levels of customer service and account management
- To work closely with Directors to deliver Company targets.
- To encourage positive relationships across functions
- You must come with an FMCG Foodservice Sales background
- You will ideally come with an existing ledger in and around Harrogate
- You must be a ‘hunter’ by nature but equally strong at relationship building and account management
- You will be dynamic, ambitious, driven and hungry for success
