I am recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager with knowledge of the IT Services and Solutions market? Do you have a strong understanding of the IT B2B sales industry and have proven experience of strategically selling IT hardware, services and solutions?
The Business Development Manager role is based in the West Midlands and offers a superb, vibrant environment to work and develop in.
The successful Business Development Manager will be self-motivated, driven and hungry for success with a proactive approach to sales.
-Strong experience selling into the Public and Private Sector
-Strong understanding of the IT B2B sales industry and have proven experience of strategically selling IT hardware, services and solutions?
-Understanding of the IT sales lifecycle from customer reviews through to delivery and support
-Ability to identify sales opportunities and progress through to close, whilst using initiative to cross and upsell.
-Attend nationwide client meetings to develop existing relationships
-Understanding sales strategy, target setting and forecasting
-Negotiating with customers, preparing and presenting sales contracts
-Working to set KPI’s and targets
-Calling potential new business and developing relationships
-Experience of selling Support and Solutions
-Proven experience working within the IT B2B sales industry
-Action orientated, self-starter able to work on own initiative and drive results
-Good organisational and planning skills
-Face to face customer engagement at multiple levels consulting and selling support services and equipment
-Experience in Presenting at board Level
What’s on Offer?
c£35,000 Basic Salary, £70,000 OTE (uncapped commission) + Company Car
