This construction company primarily operate in the commercial interiors sector. Due to their success and increased workload, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to help them grow their organisation and aid in all CRM processes. The company support the development of its staff and encourage training.
In this role you will be office based but also attend sites that cover the entirety of central England. You will be overseeing all Business Development, engaging in activities including but not limited to relationship building, presentations to clients/engineers, marketing, networking and meeting sales targets.
This role provides the opportunity to lead all processes of Business Development in a fast paced environment with no day the same, working alongside a close knit team.
