Business Development Manager – Field sales

We are looking for positive people with a can-do attitude to join our team in the UK !! We’re talking energy and a real hunger to build a successful career in sales! We have ambitious plans over the next few years and we need results driven individuals to help us achieve them.

Annual Bonus OTE £15k+. Start earning from your first month! Our top earners are making around £30k+ in commission on top of their basic annually!

Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
Our BDMs are responsible for the overall success of their region.
Your core focus will be growing your estate through New Business sales, this will likely take up 80% of your time, you will also continue to build and maintain relationships with your existing restaurant partners, helping them grow and succeed.

Here’s what a typical week might look like for you:

Monday – Friday in the field attending new business and account management meetings across your territory.
Daily independent management of your dairy, planning and daily activities.
Working towards daily KPIs and Monthly Sales targets!
Optimising the sales and profitability of the existing customer – Upselling, solving problems and providing ongoing support.
We have a telesales team that will support you with booking meetings, but to succeed in this role, you will need to be confident & proactive in generating your own leads and meetings.

What We Are Looking For In You :

Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to sales.
Adaptable in a growing company and developing industry.
Effective planning to ensure efficiency in your day.
Previous customer facing sales experience would be an advantage.
Someone with initiative, who is able to work as part of a team and individually.

A full valid driving license is required for this role.
