Scottish Nursing Guild are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their successful and growing team in Edinburgh. You will be responsible for developing and growing the client base whilst managing existing relationships within your territory and managing a sales pipeline.
Part of Acacium Group, Scottish Nursing Guild, is a business which consists of the service delivery of Nursing care within the Healthcare community. SNG are consistently on hand to deliver a first-class service to NHS and private care organisations at extreme short notice. The service we deliver is fast, reliable, professional and most importantly, trusted.
Everyday you will…
- Identify & record business opportunities within the client group for the Business Unit
- Make targeted outbound calls for sales, lead generation and client appointments
- Actively promote all offerings of SNG and secure relationships that provide increased business opportunities
- Devise and support a successful sales strategy for the market
- Liaise regularly with team management within the Business Unit to capture & record client activity intelligence and information

What will help you succeed in this role?
- Experience of working in a Healthcare sales role
- Having a proven track record of winning new business
- Ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining/ growing client accounts.
