Business Development Manager / National Account Manager
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + Company Car
Territory: Gr Manchester, Merseyside & Cheshire

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and grow relationships with key customers, helping to identify opportunities to expand accounts
Support the delivery of sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Work alongside the Group Sales Director to develop and implement sales plans
Take ownership of your pipeline, keeping track of opportunities and forecasting performance
Begin to develop your leadership skills by supporting and coaching a Business Development Manager
Get involved in pitches, proposals, and commercial discussions with customers
Identify and win new business opportunities, including larger or strategic accounts over time
Support customers with product setup, training, and ongoing success
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent the business at meetings, events, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales or business development, with a desire to move into a management role
A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A commercial mindset and confidence in having customer conversations
An interest in developing leadership and mentoring skills
Well-organised, proactive, and motivated to grow your career
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Experience-wise:
Experience in the coffee industry would be highly desirable
If not, a background in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) is essential
