JDR (Just Dynamic Recruitment) we are a national recruitment recruitment agency based throughout the UK, providing temporary and permanent solutions in a multiple sectors working to become the trusted business partner of our clients.
We now have an exciting opportunity, as we look to further grow and open up a new branch in the Wimborne, Dorset area.
We are looking for a Proven Business Manager who wants to take the career to the next level and is ready to accept the challenge head on, this person will be actively involved in recruiting their team.
Core Responsibilities
Operations
Oversee daily activities, implement business plan.
Devise and implement growth strategies.
Manage client relationships.
Manage and inspire colleagues.
Ensure Robust processes.
Budgetary controls.
Sales and Business Development
Posses a strong knowledge of the Geographic Client base (Manufacturing, Industrial, Logistics, Engineering, etc)
Actively build pipeline to consistently win new business.
Cold calling, mapping to develop business leads
Negotiate deals with commercial acumen.
Networking.
Client Management
Maintain excellent client relationships
Go above and beyond to maximise client business.
Provide a one stop shop service.
Able to create reports and KPI information upon request.
Reporting and Analysis
Analyse Business Data, prepare reports and present findings to senior management.
