Client Account Manager

Cogent Staffing are seeking an experienced Client Account Manager to join our team at a leading joinery workshop and retail display company.

Shift & salary details:

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:30
£35,000 – £40,000 salary, based on experience
Full-time

About the role:

In this dynamic position, you will serve as the primary contact for your clients, overseeing projects from initial brief through to design, production, and final installation. Collaborating closely with our in-house design, production, and purchasing teams, you will ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This fast-paced role involves managing multiple accounts and fostering new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with some of the UK’s leading retail brands.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients.
Oversee multiple projects from concept to installation.
Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, purchasing, and logistics.
Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and project timelines.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and overall profitability.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain exceptional standards of customer service and communication.

Key requirements:

Proven experience in account management, particularly in retail instore and window display/POS sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
