Salary: £28,000 plus Veolia Benefits Package

Location: Kingswood, Cannock, with travel across mainland UK (This is a rotational role; the successful candidate will be required to travel and rotate between different sales regions/teams)

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday

Programme Duration: 2-year programme starting September 2026

Graduate Programme;

Our comprehensive Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience working on strategic projects while developing essential personal and professional skills. You’ll receive expert training from Veolia’s People Development team through monthly sessions at our Kingswood (Cannock) office (travel required), giving you the confidence and capabilities to thrive in your future career.

What you’ll be doing;

Build collaborative partnerships with Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations teams to drive exceptional customer service and accelerate business growth

Gain comprehensive knowledge of local sales processes and contribute to their continuous improvement

Actively contribute to Regional Sales Development initiatives and strategic planning

Engage in regular regional team meetings to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing

Develop and present innovative Veolia solutions during customer tender processes

Provide strategic account management and project leadership support for key regional commercial clients

Drive customer retention and growth initiatives aligned with company strategy and best practices

Champion Veolia’s brand and strategic objectives as a trusted company representative

What we’re looking for;

Degree-level qualification in any subject with an interest in Sales (to be achieved by September 2026)

Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially (if in a rotational role) relocate for role requirements

Commitment to continuous learning and development

Full UK Driving licence

High levels of written and verbal communication skills

Good interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills

Confidence in the delivery of presentations.
