Join our Marketing team in Bracknell as our Content Creation Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about storytelling, beauty, and creating content that truly connects with people? We’re looking for a Content Creation Manager to bring our brands to life across multiple channels and audiences.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing team; developing engaging, educational, and inspiring content that supports our campaigns, product launches, and always-on activity. From social media and video to blogs, email, and in-store marketing, you’ll help shape how we show up to our customers every day.

What you’ll do:

Creating and delivering high-quality content across digital and offline channels
Bringing campaigns to life, from concept through to execution
Writing engaging, SEO-friendly copy tailored to different audiences
Collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and partners
Managing content calendars and ensuring everything lands on time
Staying ahead of trends in social, video, and content creation

What success looks like:

Delivering high-quality, on-brand content that engages and grows our audience across channels
Consistently meeting deadlines and supporting key campaigns, launches, and marketing priorities
Building strong relationships across teams and ensuring content meets the needs of all stakeholders
Driving measurable improvements in engagement, reach, and content performance
Managing agencies and partners effectively to deliver best-in-class creative output

A creative storyteller with a strong eye for detail
Experience in content creation (including video and social formats)
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for beauty, lifestyle, and engaging audiences
