Sales Executive

Job Details

Working in the sales team, you will be dealing with both new and existing clients to achieve sales targets. You will be providing effective account management and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction with mainly B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing account management of existing customers
  • Providing information and costings for the tender process and customer presentations
  • Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Generating and following up on customer quotations
  • Inputting, updating and maintaining accurate information in CRM system
  • Providing accurate sales pipeline information
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and after sales service
  • Discussing available finance plans/packages with customers

Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Commercially aware with experience in a sales/telesales environment is essential
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines
  • Good MS Office skills and a working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Numerate and able to create reports from CRM data
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail in work
  • Excellent team player
  • Full clean UK driving licence
