Specialising in VIP and corporate travel along with events, our client is now seeking an experienced and driven Corporate Travel Head of Sales to lead their next stage of development.

Corporate Travel Head of Sales Duties:
Nurture and grow current client relationships, monitoring profitability and overall corporate client satisfaction.
Take ownership of a new business pipeline for corporate travel clients. Working on a strategy that will enable growth of this division. Support & training will be provided but there will be an expectation eventually to attend meetings independently, put together pitch documents etc.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team whilst also having individual targets for developing new business.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within corporate travel markets, typically SME’s across multiple sectors, mainly in the UK but without restriction on international prospects too.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing, account management and operations to optimise the customer journey.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Corporate Travel Head of Sales – Essential Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, within the business travel / travel management sector. Broader experience in the MICE or Events sector would be advantageous.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Exceptional leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Must be personable, with a strong proven track record of great client relationships.
The ideal Corporate Travel Head of Sales would also have a strong interest & experience in business development and operations within a TMC or events company.
