About you:
You’re someone who loves making digital experiences better. You’re curious, proactive and comfortable asking why we do things the way we do. You enjoy working with data and turning insights into simple, practical actions that improve how people move through our digital journey. You’re at your best when you’re working with others, sharing ideas and finding ways to make things work smarter.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Drive performance across our digital channels by understanding targets and using data to make clear decisions
• Create simple summaries and reports from tools like PowerBI and Salesforce to show how things are performing
• Work closely with teams across digital content, paid advertising and the website to deliver improvements that support our strategy
• Build a clear understanding of the customer journey and help shape the right content and channels that attract, engage and support users.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Confidence working with data and using it to guide your next steps
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, PowerBI or Looker Studio
• Knowledge of how digital channels work, including search, social and search engine optimisation
• Experience using AI tools, such as content builders, predictive analytics, chatbots or automation platforms.
