OTE of £30,000+

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a lively, phone-based sales team handling warm enquiries from customers who are actively looking for insurance.
Speak to customers via inbound and outbound calls
Understand their needs and offer the right insurance solutions
Provide accurate quotes across a range of products
Offer reassuring, empathetic support – especially to elderly or vulnerable customers
Help customers arrange their cover for the year ahead
You’ll receive full classroom and on-the-job training, with clear progression as you master each product.

Sales experience is helpful but absolutely not essential.
