An experienced and professional Sales Manager is required to join our winning team at RRG Lexus Bradford to promote all aspects of the Lexus brand and its products.
This is a challenging role in an environment that involves negotiation with suppliers and controlling high stock volume.We are seeking an innovative, dynamic manager who possesses energy and focus together with the drive and determination to exceed targets and excel customer service expectations. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact to the business with a proven track record.Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day to day sales activities. You will manage and motivate the sales team RRG Lexus Bradford with the ability to drive the Sales Department forward and exceed customer expectations.
You will lead and drive the team and you must be able to demonstrate effective communication and organisation skills with the ability to provide a first class level of customer service. In addition to this, you will thrive on achieving results and being the best in the RRG network.
This position requires a smart self-motivated individual. Applicants must be well organised, possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and have the desire to take the department further forward.
