I am looking for a Consultative Sales Manager for a growing business. This company has been very successful in their last 16 years of trading and have, over the last 3 years, really developed their offerings to their clients.
This role has become available due to this expansion and the new technology they have embraced. They have invested substantial development in a new system to position themselves favourably against their competition. Alongside the service they provide, they can now offer a new way to help support their clients.
You need to be able to capitalise of marketing activity to build new business revenues. You will also need to have a deep understanding of the software you will be selling in order to advise, consult and sell this to new a potential client.
There may be some UK travel but as the company has a global reach, you will also be closing business over Skype links.
Salary offered is £25,000 – £30,000 with an OTE of £45,000 – £50,000 (uncapped) Benefits will also include competitive pension and private healthcare .
We are really only looking for you to apply for this role, if you have sold software or a technology-based product recently. There will be full training on the system but a technological mind is required.

You will be reporting in to the Managing Director but really left to create your own pipeline and manage your own expectations. We need someone who is pro-active, consultative and can network and be present at events to meet potential clients and invest time in these contacts to make sales.
