The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced consultants and industry leaders, you’ll learn how to identify top talent, build relationships with senior professionals and advise businesses on their hiring strategies.
You will receive structured training from day one and gain exposure to some of the most innovative companies operating across high-growth sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Source and engage high-calibre candidates across Technology, Finance and FinTech markets
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
Conduct candidate interviews and qualification calls
Manage recruitment processes from initial contact through to placement
Support business development and client acquisition activities
Develop expertise within a specialist market sector
Negotiate offers and manage stakeholder relationships throughout the hiring process
Track market trends and provide insights to clients and candidates
What Our Client Is Looking For
Graduating in 2026 or a recent graduate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial awareness and an interest in business
Ambitious, driven and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and desire to build a successful career

Previous recruitment experience is not required.
