German Speaking Business Development Representative

Prerequisite: Proficiency in speaking German at a business level

Location: Astute’s Bournemouth HQ or Flexible Remote/Home Working (UK-based)

Hours: 07:30 – 16:30 (Monday to Thursday, GMT), 07:30 – 1pm (Friday, GMT)

Salary: Competitive with uncapped commission-earning potential

We’re looking for a German-speaking Business Development Specialist who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys healthy competition.

You’ll bring energy, creativity, and communication skills to every interaction, turning connections into opportunities and opportunities into results.

Working alongside client Account Executives (AEs) and partnering daily with one of the world’s leading technology companies, you’ll play a key role in driving new business growth across the DACH market.

Using innovative marketing and sales enablement tools, you’ll help AEs build meaningful client relationships and close deals.

Your ability to communicate, empathise, and think strategically will directly influence pipeline growth, sales performance, and client success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Partnering with Account Executives to identify, create and qualify business leads
Researching and engaging with senior decision-makers across the DACH region
Leveraging cutting-edge marcoms and tech tools to enhance your campaigns
Contributing to targeted marketing and business development strategies
Owning and managing data integrity and lead quality with precision focus
Continuously learning, adapting, and growing your skills in a target-driven team
