We are recruiting a German speaking BDM opportunity for a company who are at the forefront of e-learning software solutions. They make custom e-learning platforms, such as online courses for a range of different clients.

With a team of around 50 employees, they’ve achieved organic growth by fostering a close-knit, agile environment that stands out in the competitive landscape.

Serving a diverse client base, from small local charities to global corporations like leading car manufacturers, they’re now focused on expanding their footprint in the DACH region.

The Role:
The company is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the DACH market. The role will focus on dealing with incoming leads from the German website and marketing teams. This is new business focused and will also involve active prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with and nurture incoming leads through a consultative sales approach, tailoring solutions to customer challenges.
Participate in strategic sales discussions, offering insights into market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring a solid foundation for long-term partnerships.
Work alongside territory managers and account executives to balance new business pursuits with strategic account management efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Possesses at least 2 years of sales experience in the SAAS sector or with software/business applications, specifically within the DACH market.
Fluent in German, with proficiency in using Salesforce, HubSpot, Macs, and G Suite.

Interview Process:
The selection process involves 2.5 stages, starting with an informal discussion and a presentation, followed by a deeper dive into the candidate’s motivations, interests, and ambitions in a second stage.
The final conversation will be with the CEO. This process ensures a comprehensive assessment of both skill fit and cultural alignment.
